Privacy policy
This policy explains how Considerio collects and uses personal data on considerio.com and, once it launches, in the Considerio app. We wrote it to be read, not skimmed.
1. Who we are
Considerio is operated by ELPAMU LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15824095), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. ELPAMU LTD is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact us about anything in this policy at hello@considerio.com.
2. What we collect
On this website
- Waitlist and reservation form: your email address, your first name if you give it, the role you select, the option you choose (waitlist or Annual Clarity Report) and your consent to receive emails, with the date and time.
- Emails you send us: your email address and whatever you choose to write.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
When you buy
- Payment: payments are taken by Stripe. We receive your name, email, billing country and postcode, the amount and the tax applied. We never see or store your full card number.
- The Annual Clarity Report: to prepare it we ask for your date, time and place of birth. We use them only to produce your report and, if you become a member, your daily ritual.
In the app (from launch)
- Your birth data, your daily check-ins, the decisions you log, your answers to the coaching questions and your reviews.
- If you speak your answers, your voice is converted to text. Audio is not stored. Raw transcripts are deleted after 24 hours; the cleaned text you keep is stored with your log.
- Optional context you switch on, such as your city for local weather, or the number and time of your calendar meetings (never their content).
We will update this policy before the app launches with any further detail.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis (UK GDPR and EU GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Sending you early-access news and occasional letters | Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time |
| Taking payment, preparing and delivering the report, providing membership | Performance of our contract with you |
| Keeping tax and accounting records | Legal obligation |
| Keeping the site secure and working, preventing fraud and spam | Our legitimate interests |
| Answering your emails | Our legitimate interests, or steps you ask us to take before a contract |
We do not sell your data, rent it, or use it for advertising. We do not make decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects by automated means.
4. Who processes it for us
| Provider | What they do | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Netlify, Inc. | Website hosting and the waitlist form | United States |
| Stripe Payments Europe Ltd and Stripe, Inc. | Payments and tax calculation | Ireland and United States |
| Porkbun LLC | Domain and email forwarding for hello@considerio.com | United States |
When the app launches we will add its hosting, database and AI providers here before any of your app data is processed by them. Each provider acts only on our instructions under a data processing agreement.
5. International transfers
Some providers are in the United States. Where data leaves the UK or the European Economic Area we rely on an adequacy decision (such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified) or on the standard contractual clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
6. How long we keep it
- Waitlist data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and no longer than 24 months after the app launches if you never become a member.
- Purchase and tax records: for as long as the law requires, normally six years in the UK.
- App data: for as long as your account is open. When you delete your account we delete your data within 30 days, except what we must keep by law.
- Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a short period under its own retention rules.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to our use of it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to hello@considerio.com. We will answer within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to the data protection authority in your country. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
8. Children
Considerio is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. See our cookie policy.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email before they take effect.
